Traditional Catholic Homeschooling Rooted in Parish Life
Welcome to the St. Catherine Homeschool Apostolate, a fellowship of faithful Catholic homeschooling families based out of St. Catherine of Siena Parish in Phoenix, Arizona.
We are a small, dedicated group of families committed to traditional Catholic values, authentic homeschooling, and parish-centered life. Inspired by our patroness and united by the sacraments, we seek to form our children in truth, beauty, and virtue—together.
As active members of St. Catherine of Siena Parish, our apostolate reflects the spirit of our parish’s liturgical richness and doctrinal fidelity. We are:
Parents who believe in the primacy of the domestic church
Children learning and growing in a community of peers who share their faith
Families who integrate prayer, learning, and sacramental life into every day
We homeschool not only to teach reading and arithmetic, but to pass on the Catholic faith in its fullness, helping our children know and love God deeply.
Our apostolate blends traditional homeschooling with parish and community life. We offer:
Articles on traditional Catholic homeschooling, liturgical living, Phoenix-area Catholic events, and parenting insights grounded in truth.
A private, moderated space where Catholic parents share wisdom, ask questions, and encourage one another in faith and homeschooling.
A curated collection of Catholic-friendly and Phoenix-based resources, including:
Traditional curriculum providers (Latin Mass friendly)
Local Catholic tutors and co-ops
Sacramental prep materials
Holy day activities and liturgical living ideas
We explore the beauty of Phoenix together—whether at local museums, churches, nature hikes, farms, or religious sites—deepening friendships and enriching learning through real-world experiences.
Everything we do is grounded in our spiritual home at St. Catherine of Siena Parish, where:
Our families attend Mass, receive the sacraments, and support parish ministries
Our children grow in reverence and virtue through catechesis and example
Our community finds strength, support, and inspiration in the liturgy and teachings of the Church
This connection to parish life is not an accessory—it is the foundation of our apostolate.
“Be who God meant you to be and you will set the world on fire.”
